What happens after I pay for my book?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.  Within 1 to 2 days of your purchase you will receive a proof of what your book will look like via e-mail.  At this time you can make any changes you would like.  Once you approve the proof your book will be printed.

How long will it take to receive my book?

Your book will be printed and shipped within one week of the approval of your proof.  Large orders of 3 or more books will take extra processing time.

I don't have digital pictures can I still have a book made?

Yes, you can mail your pictures to us.  Please number them on the back so we will know what order you want them in.  Also, please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail and any text you would like in your book.

Your pictures will be mailed back with your new book.

What size is the book?

The size of the book is 4.75 inches tall by 6 inches wide.

Do I need to crop my own pictures?

No, unless you would like to.  We will do the cropping necessary to fit your image onto the page.  The proof you receive will show the cropped images.

How many pages does the book have?

Our books have 12 pages including a cover and back page. 

Can I use pictures from a professional photographer?

Professional photographs are copyrighted.  We would need consent from the photographer to be able to use these in your book.

Do I have to use your pre-designed templates?

No, you can design your pages with your own software and upload them to our online order form in .jpg format.  Or, have us do all the work for you.  During the ordering process you will have the opportunity to tell us what colors, fonts, etc. you would like us to use in your book.  We will always seek your final approval before your book is printed.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied in anyway with your product you may have a full refund.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

What is your privacy policy?

Customboardbooks.com respects the privacy of all its customers.  We will never share or sell your information with anyone.  Personal information is only required for billing and shipping purposes.  All credit card payments are processed through Paypal's secure connection.
